Councilor Valerie Abbott will be joined by Mayor Randall Woodfin and various City department heads at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens on Tuesday, July 30th at 6:00pm for a District 3 Town Hall Meeting. The Town Hall will include updates about District 3 — as well as a question and answer portion.
